Gardtec 350 alarm has power, day and tamper light lit how do i reset my ala?
Gardtec 350 has the power, day and tamper light lit. I cannot reset my alarm with the code as the Tamper light is preventing this. I know the zone which the tamper refers but all seems ok. Can I remove this zone to clear the tamper or can I reset my alarm with another code.
Your tamper circuit is open circuit. Remove the front panel and remove the cables from the tamper terminals and fit a jumper wire, refit the front panel and the tamper light should be off when you enter your code. Test the resistance of your tamper circuit (the ones you removed) this should be very low, under 5 ohms. Check all your terminals in the sensors and check your cables for damage.
