yes, you can fix it yourself by removing the 4 screws 2side and 2 in front you have a wheel right front plastic wheel it sets between a sencer it may have moved ! or it maybe in place the wheel is around a roller it probbly has a buid up on roller not leting it work right take rubbing alcahol on rag wipe off all build up place slide wheel back between sencer put cover back on . should work. or its a bad sencer. for error 3- code
