replace flexible shaft on homelite WEEDEATER UT-20779?

FLEX LINE IS BROKEN AT END OF SAFT NOT AT MOTOR END.. HOW DO I REPLACE IT

put the shaft back in attach a drill and reverse and forward. if the spindle starts to spin you caught it and haul it out.
if u cant then take the broken shaft tip and sperate the metal strings a little and try again. worked for me . now i need find a cable that works.

my homelite weedeater i thought my shaft was broke but were shaft gos into the motor is strip how to i fix it thanks
