Mend Citroen Xsara 20 Faulty Rear Light

1999 Citroen zsara estate 2.0 HDi faulty rear nearside light?

My rear nearside light has stopped working - I have changed the bulb but it still will not work. The fog light on the same bulb does work. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks
