if you have basic diy skills this is dead easy if not replace unit...to repair remove glass unit from frame using silicon go round the edge of the sealed unit outer edge and cover this with silicon,no need to be pretty about this. when it has dried you have then resealed your frame, now to get the water out, drill a small hole in the seal that you have just made right into the airgap between the two panes of glass. now heat the centre of your glass pane with a hair drier for about an hour this will heat up the gap between the panes and drive out the water that is trapped between the panes, when this is done reseal the drilled hole with silicon while the glass is still hot when the glass cools down you will have a vacuum between the glass panes. refit your glass unit and all is well, i have done this loads of times with success. good luck.

Just to clarify, I used a kitchen pallet knife to remove the beading, do not place the knife near the glass.
The unit was damaged by a spacer that had slipped and had cut into the original sealant allowing air to enter the unit. The unit contains AIR (no vacuum even after heating),
I stood it near a radiator for a few hours after drilling a 5mm hole between the panes to allow the moist air to escape,
I then sealed the area with Silicon sealant. left for a few hours to set, then refitted . Et Voila. job done.

no its not. the glass and spacer are hermatically sealed in a vacuum. unless you can guarantee absloytely no moisture in the atmosphere at all its not worth wasting your time. just get the unit repaced
