I think it comes down to an engineer in this case.

If you have broken your arm while falling off the ladder trying to disable the alarm with a 5lb club hammer you really need help, the Paragon Plus is the alarm panel somewhere inside your building, the outside box could & almost certainly is not a Paragon of any sort.
