Mend Renault Clio Sport 182

flatspot?

i have a clio sport 182 when i drive and change gear and put my foot down i got a flat spot (miss fire) till the revs build up 2 around 3000 rpm any 1 know wa i could b from?

When was the car last serviced (properly serviced, not just oil and filter)?

Does it have any "performance" kit fitted, eg cone filter, superchip etc.
