We have a faulty Diplomat dishwasher - can anyone help?

The problem is that on the programme panel three lights are flashing instead of one - the two on the right hand side and one on the left. It goes through a programme but at the end the same three lights are flashing and it does not seem to have completed a complete cycle as there is water in the bottom of the machine - ??? it is an integrated machine but i have no model number
