my morphy richards coffee machine is not getting the water through?

Just in case anyone else has this problem in the future. Assuming that it is not scaled up, probably the white tube from the reservoir to the lid has become detached at the bottom. a)bend the lid back and release the oblong "feeder". b) pull up the feeder which is connected to the white tube. c) using a torch replace the bottom of the tube in the hole and replace the oblong feeder into the lid.
