Mend Hotpoint HSS22IFMD Cold Running Turn

What do I need to do ?

My Refrigerator is not getting that cold I can hear it still running but not that cold . Hotpiont MD# HSS22IFMD , SR# LD229814 , I turn it off back on still still the same feel not cold enough, help be for all my food go bad , thank you .
