Mend Dometic RM4230 Repair Fridge Gas

How can I repair a leisure fridge (Domecit RM4230) ?

The fridge operates on gas but not on 12v or 230v. The 'power' lights come on, so no fuse problem, but the heat exchanger fails to operate. Is it possible to get spares and where from?
