Mend Bolens BL150

Bolens BL150 won't run with choke off-brand new?

First tank of gas in Bolens BL150 straight shaft trimmer from Lowes. Will not run with choke in position 3 (off) will run wide open after a little coaxing but stalls frequently as if it's not getting gas.

I am having the same problem with mine. On one website I looked at, so are many others. I'm taking mine back to Lowe's and paying the difference for a Husqvarna. I've had no problems with my Bolens mini tiller other than it wil just stop running---but will crank back up---just a nusiance.
