My washer will not go into wash cycle help?

The water will fill, but the cycle will not start. After looking inside I noticed the first belt from the bottom of the machine was loose as well as (3) three plastic caps in which a metal stud was inside.Sears Kenmore Washing Machine-90 plus series model# 110.289 34790 Stock# 28934. I need to know how to self repair

Hello,

This particular model doesn't have any belts on it. Does the washer make any sounds when its supposed to be agitating? Does the washer spin? You may have a broken coupler which has 2 plastic pieces with a rubber piece inside.
