I have a new Panasonic Combination Microwave NN-A524MBBTQ and am experiencing an intermittent problem with the timer pad. Sometimes it works perfectly and then, for no apparent reason, it does not respond. Is this a known problem?
No it is not a usual problem, sounds like the door sense switch is faulty/not aligned correctly, job for your local warranty agent or see microwave-repairs.co.uk for more help
