Mend Stihl HS75 Engine Out

my stihl hs75 engine cuts out?

my stihl hs75 hedgetrimmer cuts out after running for about 2 minutes and then does not start for about 15-20 minutes and then does the same. i,ve been told it is the coil but because it seems to happen like clockwork i have my doubts, have i been given the right info or is it something else?

I think the best thing you can do here is to run the machine until it stops, then whip out the plug straight away to see if there is a spark when the engine is cranked...it could be a heat related coil failure that you are experiencing, but I'd have a spare plug waiting just in case.
