hydrostatic wont run?

i have a contax mower with a hydrostatic gearbox but it will not drive is the box had it

Hi I have the same problem my mower is a castel garden brill duo cut. will move but is very weak. is full of oil. Nobody seems to know how to fix it. all they say is buy a new gearbox which cost nearly the same as the mower. could anyone help. Thanks

I hope its just the drive belt that has come off! A new transmission is mega bucks, so get someone to check this first, then the rod that goes from the foot pedal to the transmission itself before deciding what to do.
