Diplomat ADP8332 - Does not clean properly?

My diplomaDiplomat ADP8332?

My dishwasher goes through the cycle but everything is still dirty and the tablet is just lying on the bottom of the dishwasher or still in the open compartment slightly wet but still intact.

Can anyone help please?

been having the exact same problem, this morning after yet again my dishes were dirty, we cleaned the filter, nozzle arms, and topped up the salt levels etc, and fingers crossed, so far so good! all i can suggest is that you try the same. hope this helps.
