How do I fix my Vision Fitness treadmill? E6 error code?

Isaias can you remember how to fixthe error code using the console? I have the same problem and although I have tried a few fixes suggested by vision fitness I have been unable to fix the problem.

Call Vision Fitness Customer Service, they'll help you reset the treadmill by using the console. This will help clear the problem. I've been told that this error occurs when the incline controls are not used often. I've cleared the error using their instructions but after several months it does reoccur. And no I don't use the incline option often so that might explain it.
