My fridge freezer is not cool enough in the fridge part [ freezer seems ok] however doesn't sound to be turning on and off but does have full power, just not responding when thermostat adjusted stuck at +9.

Hi, I had a similar problem and after some investigation on the web found out that this was a common fault, sorry I can't remember or find the web site. After reading all the posts the prospect of a successful repair looked slim, some people had tried repair up to 3 times without success.
My APM6855 was supplied by MFI (now defunct) but they did give a repair company (DMK on 01920444020) they will charge £70 +vat for the call out plus cost of spares. As some of these are expensive the fan motor over £100 I decided not to throw good money after bad and found I decided to find a replacement an Indesit INC 325 which is installed and working perfectly.
