How do I replace a speedo sensor on my 1999 Renault Clio?
The speedo has packed in on my 1999 Renault Clio 1.4 petrol. I've seen on this forum that someone else had the same problem and was advised to replace the speedo sensor. Can anyone tell me if this job is simple enough to do myself? And if so how do I do it?
I've sourced the part on Renault parts gateway for around £20 after being told by a garage that they would charge around £200 for the job!!

hello mate just so you know i have the same problem at the mo,if you go to ya bonnet looking over the the right hand side at the back of the engin you will see a long black pice of plastick thats ya sencer.good luck
