Mend Shower Mixer Thermostatic

Thermostatic bar mixer shower valve?

Please help. I seem to either have very hot or very cold water from my shower mixer. It seems the slightest movement one way or another will course the flow to be very hot or cold. By the vented cylinder I have introduced a shower pump, cold this bethe problem or has the cartridge become faulty.

If its any use to you i recently had the same problem and i just changed the shower head and it worked.
