Who repairs Alpha9170 ?

I have an Royal Alpha 9170 and it needs the internal batteries replaced. Their website says it needs to go to a service center for that but they don't have a store locator. How do I change the batteries myself or where can I find a list of service centers? A general web search brought me here. Thanks for any help you can offer.
