How can I reset freeview box?

got lib on my hitachi freeveiw box cannot get off so cannot get recordings of how to remove libterry2589

cant remember pass word to sat receiver need to reset for prime so is there a way to reset pass word ?? thanks barry

my bush btu250dtr reads 'fail'. I have unpluged it a million times, but yet still read fail. I can't even get a signal fron my antenna to my tv, i got a new one to scan again, but still no signal to my tv.it all started when i wanted to delete a recorded program from my library. What can i do to?

Badingo Thank You so much your guide worked perfectly, I think the timings crucial on the button presses though took me four attempts but it reset my box and got my hard drive working again. Thank You !!

i have a thompson dti 1200 and loads of channels (itv ch4 ch5 itv2 etc) are coming up under ch000 and im not recieving them. iv tried code 2500 in tech info but this made no difference! how can i reset the box that i recieve these channels? thanks

My thomson free view box just went into stand by and wouldnt get back on doesnt have a re-set batton it just shut down and before that it asked me not to power it off and would re-start but it's now been 4 days it's still on stand by(Red).

Take power lead out for 20secs hold stand by button in, power up again when red flashes release standby then press in this order up down left right you should see an orange and green light flash for about 60 secs the standby light should go solid red, switch on with remote you will loose any recordings and may need to retune PS it took me 3 attempts but it works
