Hi there, I would like to add that Dynacise UK Ltd have ceased trading and were wrongfully advertising on ebay as branx fitness, they have been closed down. Branx Fitness Ltd are the main UK suppliers of Branx Fitness treadmills, cross trainers etc and are 100% legal and reputable. So dont get confused, Dynacise UK Ltd are not in anyway shape or form related to Branx Fitness Ltd.

Brought a BRANX FITNESS Treadmill and am SOOOOOO HAPPY! I went direct to BRANX FITNESS LIMITED to be sure of quality etc and it paid of, LOVE IT. Thanks guys

In answer to this question, I have a BRANX FITNESS Treadmill, purchased from BRANX FITNESS LTD, they are the main importers and are fantastic, I know of the company dynacise uk ltd who used to sell them, they went bust, i did my home work. BRANX FITNESS LTD are fantastic, if you want to buy with true confidence buy from Branx Fitness Limited, I had no probs at all and 5 people use this treadmill every day, one who weighs 110kg!!!

I have had same problem. E1 error displayed. Spent months trying to get help through ebay and branx fitness/dynercise. There is no such manufacturer as branx so be warned. If anyone has a tele no. of manufacturer please pass on as all I want now is the part. Machine only worked for 1 month. Nightmare

Hi there guys, came across these messages when searching to buy a branx fitness treadmill, brought one off amazon, absolutely GREAT treadmill, not the same company as you would have brought if off though im afraid mate, unfortunatlely lots of firms going bust, if they are still giving advice over email that is very good of them. I can recommend buying one of amazon, that company is actually called branx fitness and are the main people, real deal so you wont go far wrong. My mother in law has just brought one! good luck mate

Hi there, the supplier who was selling that treadmill along with many other brands has ceased trading, I was informed of this when I rang a couple of months back so I am assuming no active phone numbers anymore, I would email them as they still gave me advice.

I have a branx fitness treadmill and its brilliant, brought it of ebay but the company is different then that on amazon and other internet sellers, there are a few re-sellers of the branx treadmills and the one one you prob brought it off as i did is Dynacise UK Ltd who have ceased trading. However they still advise on back up for warranty, i had no probs, super company.
