Ford Fiesta 1.2 Ghia 5 Door petrol Hatcback Y reg 2001?

I have just changed a faulty fuse for a new one but I noticed that my dipped beam wasn't working so I checked all the fuses and relays in the auxillary fuse box as well. Now when I turn the key in the ignition everything lights up but the starter motor won't turn. It was working fine yesterday although the aarm had a tendancy to go off when I opened the doors sometimes but i have obviously disturbed something that I shouldn't have. Any ideas?

Its a Ford Fiesta 1.2 Ghia 5 Door petrol Hatcback Y reg 2001.
