How can I open the door of my ONIX front loading machine?
I used to have to stand there and physically hold the closed for the cycle to start up. But now I can't even get the door open and have a load of wet clothes in the machine. Am in desperate need of finding out how to open the door without the use of a hammer that is...!! Am thinking that the catch is stuck on the door.
