my F & P GW512 wont drain?

In this model if the pump was burnt out it would probably not power up at all. When you advance to final spin & press start can you still hear the hum? If so then the drain pump is still obstructed. If nothing on outside then it may have something inside holding it. If no hum then pump can be checked with a multimeter set on ohms range. Pull wiring plug out of pump, put two leads from meter onto the 2 terminals. Should read 33.5ohms. Any less than 32 then replace it. Two lights you mention in diagnosis mode is normal.
