I'll guess it's a Vauxhall !!!
Expensive way - go to the dealer, buy a new key, pay to get it re-programmed.
Cheap way - go to scrapyard, get a chip from an old key, phone round the independent garages for a price to get it re-programmed.

Either way you will need the 'car pass' card with the security codes. If you dont have it you'll have to pay Vauxhall for a new one, £20/£30.
