Mend Plumbing Water Pressure Hot

There is a problem with my hot water tap?

Hi. There is hardly any water coming out of the upstairs hot tap despite turning it on full. the downstairs tap is fine.

What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

i think you will find that the washer inside your tap has come off so when you you turn on the tap it is not lifting right up, therefore it is only letting a small amount of water out, change the washer.
