White Knight CL447WV Not working?

I have a White Knight CL447W and its not working, there is no spinning or heat, it seems like there is no power getting to it at all. It happened about a week ago, my wife did the washing and went to put the clothes in the dryer and the dryer wouldnt work, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
