Mend Renault Clio 1.2 Car Making Noise

How can i stop car making whirring noise?

I have a Renault Clio 1.2 and it is making a very loud whirring noise, even louder past 40 MPH. Sounds like the noise is coming from the left hand side. We have replaced bearings and drive shaft still no joy. Noise disappears when you turn sharp right. Can anybody help please? Thanks Gary Hall
