dyson hoover?

when i try to use the flexible hose on the hoover it actually drags the base of the hooever and will not pull away with ease, also the actual tube creases . this will not let me use the flexible hose and there is no suction. i have pulled everything apart to see if there are any blockages and there isnt anything.l unable to use hose at all.
