Mend Accenta Light Box Alarm

how can i stop the blue light flashing on the outside box?

the alarm triggered by accident two mornings ago but the re-set button wasn`t pressed until a few hours later . now although the alarm seems to be working o.k. the outside blue light continues to flash. The alarm make is accenta but i don`t have an operation manual
