Mend Mountfield HP470 Starts Fine Speed

How can I fix my Mountfield HP470?

My Mountfield HP470 always starts and runs fine for about 5 minutes, then for no reason (that I know of) the speed of the engine seems to slow down, and it is not so effective in cutting or collecting grass.

Please help!
