Fiat Scudo suspension knock?

I have a fiat scudo and when I turn at low speed ( shunting around) I get a knock from the front, sounds like either suspension or steering but can't see anything obvious wrong, can anyone help please

replace your sway bar bushes its a common fault they have the repair kits available on ebay if you can afford it get the polyurathane ones
