how can i fix my creda t632 cw tumble dryer?

my creda t632 tumble dryer was tumbling cold so i replased the thermostat kit as usual after pluging in and switching on at the main the back of the dryer became hot with the dryer switched of cut out and is now tumbling cold again any sugestions as to the problem
