Plunger on Laufen toilet not working?

I have a Laufen toilet with a Giberit concealed cistern. One of the plungers on the double flush is not working. When you look in the plastic cistern you can see that a piece of blue plastic has broken off stopping the plunger from pushing down. Can you buy this bit separately and how do you fix it. Thanks for any help.
