Have just bought second hand GNAV12 does not have the computer cd or sd card . need to update the map as it does not recognise some new junctions. I cannot get in touch with goodmans as their telephone system just sends you round in circles for ages press 1 for this then 2 for this and after twenty minutes it gets bored and cuts you off .
