Mend Ford Mondeo Central Locking Key Fob Battery

Central locking on my Mondeo feb02?

I cant lock my car on the key fob i have to do it manually but i can unlock it also when going over a bump or going round bends the central locking goes on.
I put a new battery in the fob but alas it didnt cure the problem, anybody got any thoughts
