There seems to be a negitive sign next to all tranactions, and it will not let you put in over the total to see how mauch change the customer gets back How do I fix this

Hi.
Make sure the key is on REG mode. If it is, then you probably haven't had the battery changed on time (recommended every three years) and may have corrupt programming. You will need to get a dealer to check the internal backup battery and possibly set the machine up again.
