Mend Nissan 200sx Start Battery Flat

NIssan 200sx NON START?

hi my friend has a nissan 200sx (turbo) stage 2 chip n ecu

the battery had gone flat and he replaced battery and now will not start, i have checked all basics, fuel, spark, fuses , connections etc

his laptop recodes the ecu and keys to the vehicle

help would be great
