how do I take the rear wheel off so I can have a new tire put on the rim?

I have a murray 42" riding lawn mower, both the rear tires are tubeless and severly dry rotted ( big cracks ). I want to replace both rear tires, how do I take the wheels off so that I can bring them to a tire shop?
