how do i stop my 2003 dti zafira suffering a severe loss of power?
i have a 2003 zafira dti whitch slows down suddenly and then struggles to rev over 2500 in any gear and maxes out at 60 mph if i turn the ignition off then re start it runs fine again for any thing between 1 minute and one week
Hi, it sounds like its going in to a limp home mode on the ecu, it does this to protected the engine from damage, my 06 plate zafira cdti has done this before it went back to the garage and they said they couldnt find any problems with it, you could try changing the fuel filtters and see if that helps.
