Mend Fisher & Paykel GWL11 Washing Machine Error

What is wrong with my Fisher Paykel ecosmart GWL11?

machine stops at the first rinse cycle. drains a small amount of water out, then stops. does this a few times. tried skipping to the spin cycle. sometimes it will spin, sometimes we have to shut power off and go straight to spin cycle for it to work although it does not complete the spin cycle either. The wash, rinse and spin buttons will flash and it will beep continuously.

there are 8 lights all together. the ones on are the 3rd, the 6th and the 8th. sometimes they blink but now they are just on and it is beeping continuously.

Exactly which lights are on & which ones are off along the top row when it beeps? Need to now so I can read the error code.
