how can I fix my Protron-PD-007 dvd player,no power!?

my dvd player wont come to life no power I changed almost everything but still no power.The fuse is also good.A number of capacitors,resistors,were bad and I changed all but the unit still wont light up.I'm not sure what the values are for c6&c4.Also on Q1 what values am I suppose to be reading on theG.D,S,?also Q2a1015,Q3,c1815,also cy3 &cy4.and how do I test pc1?
