Dropped UPVC Door?

We have a UPVC door which has dropped and when we want to open the door we have to lift the door up which is rather heavy and difficult for my wife to do - could you advise me how to adjust this door please. Many thanks for your help.

the door needs to be toe n heeled, remove the beads that hold the glass unit and pack the door off the glass using plastic packers

There is a degree of adjustment for these on the hinges themselves. Under the hinge pin caps, there's usually an allen screw that you turn to adjust the door height.
