Mend Sharp ER-5100 Turn Turned Normal

How can i turn back the closed cash register ER-5100?

we turned the cash register closed by mistake now we cannot turn it back to is normal position. Our passcode doesn't works at all i think we changed that by mistake. How can we sort that?
