does a kinroad xt125gy have a radiator?

on my kinroad xt 125 gy it has like a little pip coming of the engine whats it for

If its got fins on the side of the engine then it will be air cooled , ie no radiator. The pipe proberly went in to the air filter, it releces the pressure in the crank. hope this helps
