Engine management light stays on?

could be the EGR Valve mate .. I have a 2.2 sri . light is also on . changed egr valve 2 years ago . every thing sound since . 3 months ago light came back on . went on tech 2 machine . came back . front lambda sensor . changed . back on tech 2 . came up back lambda sensor . changed that . back on tech 2 . got told the crank shaft sensor . changed that . now been told its the EGR valve so going to change that at weekend and if that fails you can have it for £ 1 ..... LOL

Hi there the light has come on to tell u there is a problem and management system has maybe overcome this problem by altering settings which could result in less mpg or performance.
If after having reset management light it comes on then problem is still there and will have to be addressed.
Always fit things in pairs ie shocks brakes or sensors.
Management system has to learn new settings and can take up to 200miles to do so
