yth150 husqvarna blades wont engage replaced fuse and noww it cranks but no blades

Our blades would not turn when the mower was on we replaced the pulleys and they still did not turn. We tightened the nuts that hold the screw in place on the spring as we were told that maybe there wasn't enough tension on the springs . It worked.
